Good Karma Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Lotus for your massage, yoga and self care essentials. It is our intent to provide quality care that meets the needs and expectations of each client.
The hour that you schedule is time set aside for only you. We understand that unexpected events happen. The following policies ensure that we are able to fulfill our mission to each client and respect the time for each individual.
- 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
This allows the opportunity for us to activate our cancellation list. A link is provided on your appointment emails so you can modify or cancel online outside of business hours.
- Cancellation of an appointment in less than 24 hours will be charged 50% for the first missed appointment and full price for each one after that. Emergency situations will be taken into consideration. Sessions that have been scheduled and prepaid online can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session at the convenience of our availability.
- Failure to attend and not notify of a cancellation will be considered a “no-show”. Full payment of the scheduled session will be required before future services can be scheduled. Prepayment will be required for all scheduled services if this occurs more than once. Sessions that have been scheduled and prepaid online will be cancelled completely without refund.
- Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full scheduled session. We will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.

We will ask all clients to add a credit card on file for our cancellation, no-show and late arrival policies.
-All events and workshops are preregistration with prepay and are nonrefundable.
